You could buy a desktop equivelent for 3k less of course you would need things like a keyboard, mouse, monitor, etc, but you will be probably already buying a mouse and an other keyboard ain't no way you are using a trackpad for gaming. At that point unless you really need something portable it isn't worth it, just buy a pc which you can upgrade more easily.
